- ZOE Z.E.50/E-Tech 2019-PresentJust changed from a non CCS Zoe to the r135 with CCS and from 60% battery I'm only adding 18kwh, is this normal. Or should I only use CCS when battery is lower state of charge, then would I see 40kwh. ThanksLike
- ZOE Z.E.50/E-Tech 2019-PresentI have a 2021 ZE50 due for year four service soon ,as Ive only done just over 8000 miles is it necessary to re place 12v battery and brake fluid when in theory I could have done 72,000 miles before they are both requiredLike
- Renault Arkana HybridOur Arkana is only 7 months old & everything functioned as the layperson might expect (550 miles from the first tank of fuel / 520 from the second...excellent) but the combined range significantly decreased after that from a great 500+ to barely 300 achieved miles out of a full tank. The change in our Arkana's behaviour in regards to fuel consumption I believe lies with the EV mode not engaging as much as it used to - regenerative charging / braking is working fine, replenishing the battery as expected, but the car has stopped deploying all of the available charge, with the ICE kicking in when just over half of the stored electrical energy has been used. It went back into the Renault dealership we bough it from in October for this issue, only to be advised that whilst that was odd there was nothing wrong & to keep monitoring it...... it has not gotten any better & is costing us a fortune to run (it's worse than our previous 1.5 T-Roc) • We are conservative drivers, with acceleration usually within the low green / eco range – our driving efficiency from the eco computer is 86% • Battery “E-save” mode (for power deployment) is not on • Cabin temp is usually set around 22-24 degrees, air con is not on • Some use of heated seats / steering wheel in the mornings Other than the decrease in seasonal temperature, which I always take into account for reduced fuel economy in the winter months, there are no direct factors I can identify to justify it…. The deployment characteristics of the battery / EV mode have just inexplicably changed - with "EV mode" not kicking in as frequently as it used to. The pattern is always the same the regen charges the battery until whatever level the battery takes over & then deploys that available charge until just under half the battery gauge has been depleted. The car is due back in at the garage again next week for this to be investigated further, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experience of the same / similar issue please, for me to arm myself with?Like
