Hi all! The old Medium speed Gridserve charger at Severn View worked well, as always, with our 50 kWh Zoe. But one of the shiny new High speed ones we tried before didn’t, giving a series of error messages that we sadly recognise, running through “waiting for power”, “problem communicating”, “make sure car is switched off”, and just waiting… These are the same symptoms as we get with IONITY chargers at, for example, Beaconsfield. Obviously our car was in exactly the same state for both chargers. Any ideas?
