Hello. I am the owner of a Renault Zoe Dynamique and I have a battery lease. we have enjoyed the car for 5 years and taken long trips using ecotricity 43 kw charging For AC type 2. recently ecotricity has been bought out and replaced all motorway chargers downgrading to 22 kw for the AC type 2. this means my car is now impossible to drive on longer journeys. I have contacted Renault and not had much luck yet. Is anyone else having this issue? Surely there are lots in the same boat and now this car is not really viable for longer trips. I am really disheartened as an early adopter to be left behind as the newer models have the correct charger for the highway charging. we have paid a lot for the lease and now feel there must be some kind of compensation for this. Has anyone had any luck 🍀 or thoughts on this issue with the older Renault models.

Renault is not in charge of public network chargers, 43kw rarely hit full speed anyway and in winter you really only see 31kw... If you want to sell your Zoe I know MANY MANY dealers who'd happy buy it off you
