Renault app connection with car

Has anyone had the below for Zoe R135 50 21 plate

I had to do a factory reset on the car and since then the renault app will not fully connect to the car.

When the code is generated from the app and displayed in the car, this code then is entered back into the app to pair. However, it does not accept this code.

I have tried:

I have deleted app and reinstalled

Deleted car in app and added back

Any help is much appreciated.
