I have a problem with the My Renault App. When I have charged my vehicle the mileage shown on the App is vastly different to the milage shown in the vehicle. At the moment I have a 96% charge but only 12omiles. My vehicle shows the same charge but 200 miles range.
Any ideas. Is the battery failing or is there problem with the App
Just checked the Reanult App ( 6th May 2024 ) milege and charge % is back
Same with us. Only noticed a few days ago.
We've been getting the same recently. The app reports 65 miles at 52% right now but before plugging it in it said 107. It's always out by a factor of about 1.6 i.e. converting miles to kilometres. The car always has the right figure but the app thinks it's reading km and changes it to miles. This is always the case, so it must be an API issue as our Ohme charger app picks up the same values. The Renault app developers and integration team need to sort this ASAP. It even changes mid-drive, including this morning. It makes it impossible for our Ohme app to reliably figure out when to stop charging as it uses "miles" instead of percentage.
Still the same: actual mileage is 90ish but 51 on the App. I tried to report it to Renault yesterday, but the form wouldn't/couldn't recognise my address, and so I couldn't submit the report !
I have had the same problem in the last few days. App says 43miles, car says 70.
Hi Paul, I've owned 3 Zoes and over the years I've found the app to have odd periods where it is unreliable / wrong / useless!! Funnily enough I have experienced the same issue you are describing in the last few days - so I'd bet this is the app too. Maybe yesterday's latest version will have a bug fix......
