Mileage problem

in ZOE Z.E.50/E-Tech 2019-Present

I have a problem with the My Renault App. When I have charged my vehicle the mileage shown on the App is vastly different to the milage shown in the vehicle. At the moment I have a 96% charge but only 12omiles. My vehicle shows the same charge but 200 miles range.

Any ideas. Is the battery failing or is there problem with the App

Just checked the Reanult App ( 6th May 2024 ) milege and charge % is back

Today when I charged the mileage reading in the App was correct!

I've emailed the developer using the address in the Google Play Store. Might be worth a few of us doing the same to make sure the message is received.

We've been getting the same recently. The app reports 65 miles at 52% right now but before plugging it in it said 107. It's always out by a factor of about 1.6 i.e. converting miles to kilometres. The car always has the right figure but the app thinks it's reading km and changes it to miles. This is always the case, so it must be an API issue as our Ohme charger app picks up the same values. The Renault app developers and integration team need to sort this ASAP. It even changes mid-drive, including this morning. It makes it impossible for our Ohme app to reliably figure out when to stop charging as it uses "miles" instead of percentage.

Still the same: actual mileage is 90ish but 51 on the App. I tried to report it to Renault yesterday, but the form wouldn't/couldn't recognise my address, and so I couldn't submit the report !

One slightly quirky development is that when I first look in the morning the mileage is wrong, but if I leave the car connected for another couple of hours and then look at the app again it seems to have corrected itself. Bizarre.

Have a look at this thread below it my help and may be related to the same problem too.

My Renault App shows the miles but the % in the app is missing , So i hope to try it later today and see what happens.

Otherwise a phone call to Renault at the number below may be best:

I have had the same problem in the last few days. App says 43miles, car says 70.

Mine is doing the same, app is underreporting the mileage. However, my Reachable Area has gone right up! According to my app my Zoe, with 81% battery, could get me north of Glasgow from Berkshire!

Hi Paul, I've owned 3 Zoes and over the years I've found the app to have odd periods where it is unreliable / wrong / useless!! Funnily enough I have experienced the same issue you are describing in the last few days - so I'd bet this is the app too. Maybe yesterday's latest version will have a bug fix......
