You MUST fight them. And it MUST be an authorized Renault EV service technician. Those are hard to find, especially those that actually want to solve issues. Mine actually forbid me to tell his work location and how he was able to solve it as that would only add to his already huge workload...
USE the tips in "Just watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iA3p7p3AF60 on the BMS update. As well as the Energy Info screen ACTIS numbers (64756 & 64273), he quotes the BMS Solution ACTIS Number: 64453 "
And fight hard until it is solved, after warranty time it will not be solved even if you would voluntarily try to pay for the work...
Renault sucks regarding software updates/fixes. I would most likely never get a Renault EV again, and this is the main reason.
