I have never heard of such a thing. CCS uses high voltage DC (around 480V) for charging, while Type 2 is for normal AC at around 240V. They are fundamentally incompatible.
Any adaptor would have to include a high power inverter (maybe 22kW 3-phase) to convert the DC back to AC. It would end up being a big box of electrinics.
hello the ones i have been looking at are for tesla and nisan its a adapter that fits in to the car then you plug the charge cable into it this what one looks like . not sure if they work some say yes some say no you can see them on the internet
CAdeMO and Tesla's own connector both support both AC and DC charging. So it's possible to make adaptors that pass through the DC.
The only CCS-to-CHAdeMO adaptors that I have heard of come from China. they contain a small computer programmed to fool the CCS charger into thinking that it's talking to a CCS-compatible car.
i think theses adapters are new to the market as more and more charging station go to the ccs type charges i ask renault about them but they had never seen them and did not know anything about them . people are showing them on youtube ? but i think they are new to the market
I have seen a CCS1 to CCS2 adapter, if that is what you mean. Around £80 on Temu/Aliex
i am looking for a set of roof bars for my 19 plate zoe can any one help
