Just a general heads-up for all Renault App users. My car lost internet connectivity this morning so I can no longer connect from my phone via the My Renault App. Rang the help line and they advise this is a genral problem associated with the Orange mobile phone network which they are trying to resolve. Until it is all connectivity between Renault cars and the app will be problemmatic.

The loss of car connectivity with the My Renault App is a regular event that follows any updating of the app by Renault technical department.
After working perfectly for the last 15 or so months with our ZE40 and ZE50 on our two mobile phones, we suffered the dreaded loss of connectivity two weeks ago (beginning of August).
Calling Renault customer services, this fault was identified as a global failure following an updating of the App; as it had been the previous occasions before that. The technical department had resolved the issue and all was now OK.
Checking connectivity showed that both cars could be connected, BUT from only ONE phone, not two as previous to this latest update.
All I seem to get from Renault are a load of excuses; stretching from economic half truths to utter lies.
My 2020 Zoƫ is on EE not orange
I had the same problem at the weekend, then yesterday morning the car connected again.
