Any one got any idea of the price for a zoe extended warranty, cant get it on thier web site asmy car is still under 5 years old, but would just like to know.
Yeah they said they would have to disconnect the main battery
To be fair it's not the car it's the dealership that's put me off Renaults for good won't be buying a Renault again ever
If you want a recommendation for a car with no quibble warranty Subaru
Absolutely nothing is to much trouble
Just to say I get a quote from Halfords the one in Canterbury Kent is really good they used to service our old car and it never broke down and there quote for the Zoe to do what Renault wanted to charge £850 for about £300 all OEM parts as long as your 3 years is up any warranty left from Renault is still valid if you go to a vat registered garage good luck
read the service manual and its a bit more involved than just filling it up like you would do on a normal car, but still expensive for the work involved.
As far as I know it's is normal cooling with antifreeze and it's not just me then there treating everyone else the same good to know I'm getting rid of mine had enough of Renault main dealers mine actually scuffed one of the front wheels had row in the showroom with the manager until I produced pictures of the car when I dropped it off and got one of service people to check car before they serviced it he all but called me a liar
Mine is 4 years just over and if you look over what's left of your warranty from the end of year 3 you pretty much don't have a lot how Renault can say it's a five year warranty is beyond me and I was shocked when if I had gone through with what they wanted me to have done it would have cost around £850 and that was just servicing £300 to change coolant £315 for breakfluid this was changed the year before it's only supposed to be every 2 years.and £210 for a battery as they put it just in case .wow I know plus before that at year 3 they wanted to change all 4 tyres for over£600. I contacted Michelin and had them checked and they were absolutely fine
After year 3 all updates stopped with no email or call to say did I want to extend them is this how other people are treated by a main dealer mine is in Canterbury Kent needless to say I won't be going back
i am out of warranty soon. They have been saying my tyres need changing for the past two services, but they are still OK an legal. Brake fluid, they lied about it so i bought a tester only a few quid, so that still the original and its still under the moisture limit. I know about the 12 volt battery, but should be a lot cheaper elsewhere. Read about the coolant, is that like a normal car in a radiator or is it the aircon fluid?
i never used the app got enough crap on phone, but got it this winter as the car is now outside. Call renault HQ they will do the app and maps for free as they havent got a shop set up yet to make you pay for it.
Tesla will be my next EV everythings included and no real service costs.
Read the small print carefully on the extended warranty. My Zoe broke down, couldn't take a charge. My dealership said it was a wiring fault, it cost €2500 to repair it. The warranty wouldn't cover it.
My Renault Zoe Q90 purchased June 2017 which had 80,000 miles at time of its annual Renault warranty renewal , Cost £429 in June 2024.

( Renault Dealership ) sell the official Renault warranty that's who I purchased the car new and the extended warranty from for the last 3 years.
After I purchased the extended warranty, Renault usually send out a post card warranty each year to remind you it's needs to renewed and the new price depending on age .
