Hello
I'm looking into buying a Zoe "100KW i GT line R135 50KWH fast charge" model.
I'm new to electric cars and realise the i stands for battery owned (which is what I want), and i understand the battery is 50KWH (or 52KWH) but what does the 100KW at the beginning mean ? I've also read that i possibly need a CCS upgrade to be able to rapid charge, which is a load more money.
Can i ask the forum for any tips on buying a zoe from a Renault dealer and anything I need to look out for or check, updates etc. Diagnostic battery checks?
The big question is if there is "fast charge" in the name does it fast charge or do I need to pay for a CCS upgrade to be able to fast charge?
Your replies are much appreciated
Mike
We own a 52kwh Zoƫ with CCS. I think you should get the CCS if you want to charge anywhere beyond home... We drove to Switzerland from Suffolk last summer - we couldn't have done that without CCS.
