My 2019 Zoe has consistently taken 7 to 8 hours to charge fully from low charge at home. It has suddenly started taking 23 hours. Not a slow drop off but a change overnight. Same charger in the same location. Any ideas why?

You don't tell us what charging arrangement you are using but, to the best of my knowledge, all EVs communicate with the "charger" to determine charging current using the mark-space ratio of a low frequency signal from "charger" to car. So, a granny cable will send a signal to tell the car to draw 10 amps because that is all it can safely deliver. I have a 32a external outlet and a charge cable with the usual big dongle and a button that lets me choose the charge current in fixed steps from 10a up to 32a. Seems to me that one explanation might be that either your car or your "charger" is not getting this signal right and the car is defaulting to its lowest setting. Have you tried a different cable or a public charge point ?
