Hi, I am new to the group. I have recently got a Zoe ze40 and a wall box pulsar plus home EV charger with the solar option. In theory I should be able to plug in and when the sun shines, the car charges, but the problem is that the Zoe does not continually request charge (or at least retry every X mins). So if you plug in when there is not enough sun it won't start charging when there is.... I haven't managed to update the software since I bought it, and I read something about an app you should try. Is there a link to explain the app I need? Would it make any difference? I.e. does the latest software work with solar charge as I describe? I have attached the picture of my Zoe software (only option I can find in the menu). Thanks for any help!
Hi, the software you are displaying is with regards the multi media/sat nav. I have never come accross your situation before but do not think the car or app has the cabability to do this. In fairness, i have never heard of any car to charge outside of plugging it in other than on programmed.
