Brand new Zoe won’t charge

I would report this to Renault UK straight away. If the vehicle is at fault how did the dealership manage to charge it?

...apparently they arrive from France fully charged. So I'm told. When I looked at it before purchase, it was saying about 95% and was the same when I took delivery despite the dealership saying they'd topped it up. My guess is that they plugged it in and nothing happened, and didn't check - just like they didn't check the tyre pressures !! It really isn't good. If it's not fixed by tomorrow, I will contact Renault UK.

I collected the car today and Toomey's Renault Southend had replaced the charging socket which was indeed faulty! They had not fixed the relatively minor creaking noise from the drivers' seat - but said it was leather rubbing - which it most certainly is not! It's mechanical and temporarily cured by moving the seat back or forwards a little., until it starts up once more. More concerning is that my drive home was marred by very poor and dangerous visibility - it seems that whilst working on the charging socket they have interfered with the offside headlamp which now doesn't adjust up or down at all - but points to the ground immediately in front of the car! The car is a week old tomorrow! I have complained to Renault UK tonight. What a disgrace!
