Can you have two Renault apps at the same time? Put app on my iPhone then on my wife's Android phone and my app then stopped working.

We had the same problem. In the end we had to choose who had the app.

Not sure if this is relevant but I have the Renault app on my phone and on my i pad and they both work fine but of course they are linked to the same e mail address.

I had the same problem and had to delete one of the apps. Seems strange that you can’t have multiple users for the same vehicle.
