I have a late 2021 r135 gt line rapid charge bought second hand almost a year ago with 6700 miles on the clock. It has now done 13700. I have been generally very happy with it. However I have been experiencing problems when charging at home. I purchased a new Ohme home pro charger in May last year and from then until October was charging up to 80% overnight with no problems. I have Ovo Anytime charging. Then I found that the car failed to charge when left overnight though charging from public chargers was without problems (save the increased cost). I contacted Ohme and after some discussion they replaced the charger free of charge in early January. Since then I have still been experiencing some difficulties with the car not charging as prohrammed. Yesterday afternoon at about 4pm I set the charger to charge to 80% by 9 this morning. When I went to the car at 10 am I found that it had only charged to 65% and the in car display showed delayed charging though it had been set the previous afternoon to immediate charge. I am wondering whether there is a problem with the setting in the car. Any advice would be gratefully received.

This seems like a setup issue to me. Not got OVO anytime, but the car is charging. On my Zoe I'm unable to set a maximum charge level, this as to be done through my charger (ohme), but I can restrict the charging times. I recommend, as Anne has recommended, you override the charger to charge at any time to verify the car charges as it should. then if all ok focus your attention on the charger to solve the problem. Don't forget the absolute maximum you can charger at home per hour on a 7kw supply is 7kwh.
OVO anytime only charges with the cheaper rate when the electricity is Green. Otherwise you have to override it.
