Can't connect my 22 reg Zoe GT Line plus that I bought yesterday to the My Renault app. Data sharing is turned on and it just says data unavailable!!
My wife has had her Zoe 4 months and it connected straight away to the My Renault app and also she has numbers where her IMEI number should be but I don't.
Any idea why this is and how I can get the data to work?
My 2nd hand ZE50 has a log book date of early Sept 2021 but the contract for the data link etc. says it started from 19/3/2022. I had assumed ny car had been pre-registered in Sept 21 but the data was only started up when it found an owner 6 months later. Possibly they forgot to initiate your "free" 3 year data link contract when it found its first owner.
I have no idea but you could try Renault customer services, they have a dedicated section related to the cars media.
