Still struggling to get any acknowledgment that these updates exist from my local dealer

I‘ve sent links (e.g. to the EV Nick Video) but still no joy - does anyone have any ideas?

BUT.
Renault is useless to solve ISSUES. But if you state the following "ACTIS 64453" and "ACTIS 64756/64273" that should be enough. Then you might have a different issue that will be expensive if your car is out of warranty. The 4G connectivity module on some cars is faulty and non-working and has been so from day 1. My car had that issue, it took 4 weeks to sort it out and a lot of modules were replaced, but I still can not change the pre-heat time from the app (and have never been able to do that either).

Finally got a BT dongle and CanZE working.
My wife's used 2020 ze50 we got last month is showing SOH at 89%
Both LBC LBC2 v 530
So clearly not had the update.
Also Energy screen not showing
What do i ask the dealer to do to get the update ?
I'm under the impression I need to give them a reason ?
Is it done FOC under warranty ?

From an experience I had around two years ago with my 2020 Zoe, you are extremely unlikely to get any BMS or energy screen updates done free of charge despite all the advice on YouTube etc to the contrary. My local dealer was totally uninterested in my request even as part of an annual service. The only updates you will receive are over the air minor bug fixes to your system as purchased.

Morning, Your handbook will show an energy screen within guide, do you have it on the car?
if not, there is a solution that applies which will will correct. I would suggest you ask to book the vehicle in for "energy screen not displaying as per the handbook".
