I am new here my name is Ann. I got my 22-plate Zoe GT line + on Saturday, upgraded from my Smart EQ.
I have downloaded the app but there are no connected services, it is showing you don't have any contracts, so trying to get this sorted out, but so far I love my Zoe ( as someone that doesn't drive very much)

My name is Jake, are you still having issues with this? if so I'd like to help. May I ask what App you are using? The best app to use for any Renault car is the 'My Renault' app which can be found here for android and here for Apple IOS
