Hi - new London-based member here just about to buy a RE50 Zoe but inevitably with a few questions. Any help gratefully received :) I fairly regularly drive 175miles to Wales along the M4 where I currently maintain 60mph cruise. Looks like I might barely make it on one charge in summer months at 56-60mph with a small topup charge but the last 100m is a moderately steep hill. Can the Zoe still climb a short hill when the range is down below 20 miles ? Second question - looks like most RE50s weren't specc'd with DC charging - will I be able to find working 22kw AC chargers at M4 services these days ? Lastly, I would expect smaller wheels with higher profile tyres would give a more supple ride which is attractive - any views on this as it relates to the Zoe? thanks to all

I have a ZE50. In the summer, 175 miles should not be a problem. Do you have a charger at your destination? In the winter you will get 140 miles max. You'll be fine with a partway charge. . . My car has DC charging, I thought they all do now ?!
There is a recent range test for 50Kw Zoe on Youtube. He managed 150 mile range but temp was only around 10deg. Think you would want to make one stop during your journey but 22Kw charger would not be any good? Surely all recent 50kw Zoes have DC charging? ZapMap will give you details of charging staions for your journey.
