Hi. I bought a 2020 Zoe recently and have found 'serious' pending confirmed ODB errors P1B20 ( battery pack or battery control unit issue) and U2143 ( control unit). There are no warning lights on dashboard. Has anyone had similar issues and should I be worried? Also, having read the forums I'm reluctant to ask Renault to diagnose more fully and spend £170 if they deem this insignificant and not something they would cover under warranty. I'd prefer to return the car to dealer and get my money back. Many thanks for reading.

Don't know Steve, but the battery pack has a 8 year warranty, also are these historical or current issues. My 22 model currently has an airbag fault and exactly at the time of the second airbag nuisance fault the charging flap opened. So this stupid car has something wrong with it. I have a sneeking suspicion this could be related to a 12v battery issue although the dealer seems to think its a wiring problem, these can cause are sorts of alleged issues which can be complete fiction. You want to get the dealership to reset the faults, they might just go away. I understand your feeling about getting your money back, I bought mine on a 2 year PCP deal, if it doesn't behave itself it will be going back after 2 years. got it booked in next week, hopefully they can resolve it.
