My Zoe is 3 years old and renault connect has expired. I have followed the instructions given to me to renew this service by going into the My Renault App. There should be an offers tab but this does not appear in the app.
Can anyone help as i cannot preset the heating or get info on charging. I am not sure of costs as I cannot find these on Renauls sites.

It's taken a couple of extra days to activate but 'Send to my Vehicle' on the MyRenault app is now available as well. Remote immediate conditioning from the App is now possible now I've charged the car over 45%.
I had the same problem after my Zoe passed three years old. This week I phoned up the following Renault representative. He was very helpful and I now have access to my Zoe via the My Renault App again. As the website access is not yet functional he was able to give an extra one year access free of charge. Hopefully you will get the same. The only thing I can't seem to access is the send to car function in Maps. I'm not sure if that's included in the package.

Hi, There should be a website available for the renewal of the Easy Link subscriptions, however it is not yet online in the UK. Renault do not have a date for when the website will be online. Until such time thatyou can purchase If you contact the Renault UK Multimedia team on 0344 335 0000* option 3 they should be able to activate the services for you free of charge.
