My first winter with my Zoe 50kw, I've noticed that when I rapid charge in these cold conditions it never chargers over 25-27kw even when the battery is less than 60%, also my regen braking never goes over 15-17kw when it used to go over 35-40kw... Is this linked with the cold weather effecting the batteries and charging rate? or do I need to call my dealer?

Hi Paul, Simply answer is that Batteries love warmer conditions! I do not believe there is a fault with your vehicle. Fingers crossed (for my heating bill alone) that it warms up soon :)
