I have not had an update to the infotainment system or mapping since last November in my 2021 Zoe Riviera.
I have automatic updates checked on the system but it just won't update.
Tried a manual update using usb and the Connect Toolbox. You have two ways or connecting via Toolbox - using VIN number or inserting a blank usb in the car and then after it registers taking back to the computer with the vehicle ID. Neither worked for me (the VIN option just said my car was too old for this option!).
Contacted Renault assistance and spoke to a helpful agent who took me through some checks and a soft reboot of the systyem before declaring he would need to refer to more technical support.
He promised me an email by close of play yesterday so I could send screenshots of the key screens but failed to do so. Will follow up today if I do not hear.
