I wonder if anyone can advise me, I purchased a used 2020 Zoe ZE50 Iconic last December from a reputable French used car dealers who carried out an 18000 mile service at 16870miles. I have since driven her 430 or so miles and am now being reminded that an 18000 mile service is now due on the dashboard display. I have tried accessing the service settings by way of the `page` and up and down buttons to access the service setting but nothing appears regarding the service - just a blank display. I have followed a few instructions on YouTube but to no avail. What am I doing wrong? Cheers everyone.

I should take to a dealer and ask them to reset the service dates.
Alternative.y you buy an OBD and use the relevant t software to reset it yourself though this might nullify any warranty you have.
Hi, Did you purchase the vehicle in the UK? you can reset the service indicator using the end of wiper stalk, but you should be aware that if you reset it, it will not remind you when your service is due.
