If it is a Renault extended warranty yes My 2017 Zoe with 81,125 miles is £459.00 from Renault

I emailed them a few days but never got a reply but its now working ok

Just checked the Reanult App ( 6th May 2024 ) milege and charge % is back

Have a look at this thread below it my help and may be related to the same problem too. My Renault App shows the miles but the % in the app is missing , So i hope to try it later today and see what happens. The Tesco chargers are hit or miss for me. but it might be worth another go when the weather is wetter as i find some will work when its wet that would not work before. As a solution i have not found one yet. There is updates that Renault do for a price but even that might not cure the problem. I am thinking of getting the Brake Fluid and coolant done together and that would include any updates at the same time, The cost from DSG Morecambe was £420.00 when i asked in June 2022. I try to try to use mainly 22kW chargers from MER , Raw charging , Connected kerb and Geniepoint which so far work everytime. I think its down to the installer of the chargers and how good they are with fitting the earthing of the posts. I went to Gridserve in Norwich and tried the 22kW and ended up with my cable being stuck there for 24 hours.After my Zoe killed the power to the 22kW Charger. So my cable was stuck in the charger overnight , Gridserve did lend me a cable until the next day. It would have been nice if Gridserve could have of warned me first, Because a few hours before i arrived another Zoe and a Leaf had the same problem but lucky for them there was someone on site that could reset the charger. @Haushinka Thanks again always like to help fellow Zoe / EV owner's. Like you said still a bit of a desert in some areas and when it comes to finding a working charger when you get to it you just want it to work.🙏 Found out about the CSSC when on Google looking for the cheapest English heritage price and found there website . So far we have been to over 6 places in the last month around Yorkshire and visited a couple while away in Norfolk last week. Thank Again David

@Haushinka I Thanks I always try leave info for other zoe owners that may have a picky Zoe like mine😀 I tried the Hubsta in bridlington but the Octopus Card would not work plus the signal at that location was bad. Octopus did sent me a new card but i have not used it yet. I have tried the Mer ( Was Charge your car when i tried it ) charger at cross hopital Scarborough that one has never worked for me plus a tesla model owner also had a problem too. Might try again if its raining while in that area to see what happens. We drive to whitby , Scarborough at least once a month and have found the Connected Kerb chargers in Pickering , Malton , Hemsley aways work with good 22kW speed and price. Tesco Chargers at Catterick and Askam Bar York 22kW both no problems . Plus we just joined CSSC for £54 a year which also gives you access to english heritage around the UK and so far have travelled more around North Yorkshire this year then ever before 😀 https://www.cssc.co.uk/

@Jerry Lovegrove The fans switch on and off on the Zoe so I would not worry about it. But If you have a 0B11 dongle and use the CanZe App you can see the battery temperature . In the winter you hardly hear the fan unless you have been on a long trip. In the spring / summer the fans are more noticeable. Plus sometimes when I plug in at home on my 7kW charger before a trip the fans will start and sometimes not but more likely at this time of year . In winter on my Zoe to get the battery temperature really high ( 25- 29 ) I would need to drive constantly at 70 mph for over 80 miles. My Q90 does use AC 43kW as well as AC 22kW but the battery needs to be really warm in the winter to get the best charging speed just like some other electric cars .

@Jerry Lovegrove Sometimes unless you have been on a long run the fan may not run very loud and the sound is more likely to come from the back under the rear wheel arch. when i stopped at a Rapid in market place Swaffham ( mine is a Q90 Zoe so can do up to 39kW on AC ) After 130 miles drive fans in the front and back kicked in.

Thanks I know most of the chargers around my area that won't work with my Zoe and can avoid them. I try to check on comments left on Zapmap & Plugshare to see if there is any problems on any charger that is on my route that I plan to use. Plus on Plugshare if you leave a comment next you visit there it . It tells you when you last visited that charger. We drove down to South Wales to stay for a week about 3 years ago and mainly used the Geniepoint ( Dragon Charging) chargers that are mounted on posts and are all 22kW while on holiday without a problem 👍

I tried the 22kW at Tesco Swaffham ( PE37 7HS ) that started then stopped after 1 min the same with 7kW There.( Message Left on Plugshare ) Tesco 22kW at Sleaford when i tried worked for 10 - 15 mins then stopped same again with the 7kW. ( Message Left on Plugshare ) Podpoint 22kW at the Travelodge in York near the town centre is the same. So far thats the 22kW Podpoint ones i know won't work with my zoe so far. While on holiday for a few days Ago in Norfolk I called in at Gridserve Norwich to look around and while there charge on a AC 22 socket , but my Zoe tripped something and killed the power to the 22kw stand a lone post I was on and locked the cable in. I had to wait until the next-day to get my type 2 cable back , Luckily Gridserve had a 22kW type 2 cable to lend me while the electrician could come out to fix the fault. While there a ampere drivers charge stopped when another driver who was sharing AC post with him unplugged to leave but did not kill the power or lock the cable in. Plus the day before I arrived another 13 plate Zoe also killed the power and got his AC cable stuck. That to me is down to the poor earth install of the charge point. I have used the Gridserve 22kW stand a lone post at Doncaster North and IKEA Sheffield without a problem. In Doncaster a free 22kW inthe market place works every time but another which is the same make only works after its had a lot of Rain over a few days, If its dry it won't work. My 2017 Q90 is picky on Tesco's 22kW podpoint chargers. Some work some don't, Plus I find that if the 22kW won't work then the 7kW next to it won't either. It's down to the installer of the charger and how picky the Zoe is on earthing. Used lots of Geniepoint 22kW that are mounted on posts made by Alfen and they always work. Plus 22kW chargers owned by Rawcharging , Connected Kerb work ok too.
