Certainly no expert but that does seem very low. I have a 72 plate Zoe and at this time of year my car is showing about 200 miles on a full charge. In the summer / warmer weather of course this is considerably higher. With careful driving I am getting about 20 miles/ 10% battery during the colder weather. Perhaps if you run your battery down to about 25% then charge up to about 75% hopefully it will show a range of something like 150 miles. Otherwise it would seem that there is some sort of issue with your car. Good luck.

Presumably only the tyre has gone. If the wheel rim is undamaged I would suggest that you contact a decent tyre outlet and get a replacement ev specific tyre.

Sorry to hear about your problem. Not being any sort of expert I would have thought that, providing you have got comprehensive insurance, it is down to your insurance company to either pay for your vehicle to be repaired or to pay you the current value of the vehicle. In the past I have always given the problem to the insurers even down to them nominating / agreeing with which garage you get the vehicle taken to. You really should not have to bother with this. It should be sorted out between them and the garage. It might also be good to get some pictures of the pot hole etc. and to try and find out if it had been reported to your.local Council for repair. I am certainly not a “ technical expert” and have only had a Zoe since December 2022 but I would think that logically, if the battery is able to be charged up to its 100% capacity, then doing this would not damage the battery. If this indeed was not the case then I would suggest that the manufacturing process would be such as to have designed a product that was not “ fit for purpose”. It would almost be like having a petrol car that in some way was “damaged” by fully filling up its petrol tank. I would suggest, although not based on any particular knowledge, that the only possible relevant factors MIGHT be the frequency of charging and the speed of charging. I can see some logic in the battery having some sort of optimum number of charges and possibly losing some of its total capacity once this optimum number is exceeded….I would imagine this optimum number would be very high. I would also imagine that more the rapid the charging speed the more the “wear” on the battery. I view the 7 KWh charger as the norm……gentle charging / long time. Although I have never used a 22KWh charger I would regard this as a convenient option but would imagine it would have some , hopefully minimal , detrimental effect on the battery life / long term capacity. The above is of course only the views of a very non expert. It would be nice to get a technical experts view.

On mine if you press the button to open the external flap, you then open the normal round charging flap by unclipping the side catch, the bottom smaller flap then.folds downwards to reveal the two larger " terminals".

I am by no means an expert on this only having had the Zoe since December but I guess it all, providing there is no issue with the car, depends on the type of journey and style of driving. To date my typical journey range / driving style is showing 4.4 m/kw. I presume that this figure is what creates the predicted range on a full charge. On a full charge my “predicted range“ is about 220/230 miles and it falls about 20 miles for every 10% of battery charge used. At present I am on 93 miles at 39%. I am certainly not an expert driver but I am enjoying trying to modify my driving style to get the most out of the Zoe. I have got the “predicted range up from 3.8 m/kw to 4.4 m/kw since I have had it. Looking at you figures there certainly seems to be either an issue with the vehicle or your style of driving/ type of journey is not conducive to getting the maximum out of an electric vehicle.
