Finally got our car back today. Our Renault dealer had to have it for 11 days, ordering parts from France took several days then the work described as a 'big job' took several more days. They lent us a similar Zoe.

I'm pretty sure I've seen at least two "Updated" notifications recently but as to what they did I'm less sure.

Currently charging on CCS rapid charger by Podpoint. Only getting 18kw speed according to the charger. My Zoe is supposed to do up to 46kw, but this winter have never seen it charge higher than 20kw. Does low temps affect charging speed? Currently 10°C.

I'm wondering if its to do with the cold weather also. I was just charging at a DC rapid charger but all it would do is upto 20kw speed, and the charger should do upto 50kw. Zoes can do upto 46kw on DC.

Or warm Terry, especially this winter.

If your Zoe is connected to the internet then updates are done automatically. As far as I know though only recent Zoes have this, but I don't know from when. My 2022 model does.

Actually the height has proved to be a problem. My wife is disabled and she's been having trouble getting in and out of the passenger seat, of our new Zoe that we have got for the next three years under Motability. We have had to buy a step to help with that.

Use the gizmo and also get one of those puncture repair kits in a can. Any half decent petrol station should have them. Only to be used for short term until you can get new tyres in the new year.

Should be able to do it from the app. Its possible that the connected services has expired in which case you would need to pay again for it.

Charge boost, where charging doesnt slow down over 80%.

We can charge DC on CCS but that's popular so often can't find one free. Did get on the Podpoint at Lidl today.

We've got the same issue on our month old Zoe. And the same issue with the dealer, booked in for the 12th January.
