Don't try this folks!! I screwed the strap to the Torx screws which sadly are srewed into the plastic inner structure, not metal, just pulled the screw out. Oh well, no big deal.

Thanks, Think I have sorted, on Ebay you can get webbing straps for a fiat 500. These are fixed I reckon on Zoe via torx bolts that secure the tailgate inner liner. There are 2 of these bolts so I will order 2 x green straps. cheers
